Personal information that you provide using our contact form or Membership Application form will be emailed to Membership@GatesheadRFC.com this data is stored in our webmail service provided by lcn.com and also remotely on our staff computers.
Who we share your data with
When you place an order on our website your order details are passed to for processing the payment. Your information and addresses are needed for this transaction.
We accept payments through Pay Pal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Our website is linked to the Mail Chimp API meaning that when you agree to join our newsletter either during registration, checkout or via the opt in form, your details will be shared with Mail Chimp. You can opt out or change your preferences for receiving mail from the footer of our newsletters.

In the event that we use a 3rd party delivery service, we will share your information with our shipping partners so that they can deliver your products.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
