Online Subscriptions Help Guide
For the September 2021 season we will be collecting subscriptions online via direct bank transfers. Please follow the below steps to get your account set up. This may seem a bit daunting at first but you wont need to do everything on this page all at once. Some of this process wont happen until 2022 and you can refer back to this page when/if necessary.
Create Your Account
The first thing you need to do is create your account From here you will be able to manage your personal details, login info, shop orders and subscriptions. All you need is a username, email address and password to create your account.
Order Your Subscription(s)
You can select your membership type from the drop down menu then add it to the basket. If you are paying subs for more than just yourself then you should repeat this process for the other membership types you are subscribing to.
If you are paying for more than one of the same membership type you can select the quantity of this membership type before adding to the basket. Don’t worry if you forget this you will be given the chance to alter the quantities on the basket page.
On the basket page if your listed subscriptions and quantities are correct you can proceed to the checkout page.

The Checkout Page
At this stage you must enter your details in the given form and tell us who you are paying subs for (Including yourself) It is important for us to know who you are paying subscriptions for!
Based on the subscriptions you ordered you will see the form fields to add the names and bar card numbers of the members you are paying for.
Once complete you can click on Proceed to Paypal. When you reach the Pay Pal page you can either pay with Pay Pal if you have an account or if not you can use a debit card to make your payment.
Once you reach this stage you can view the status of your subscriptions from the ‘My Account‘ page. The status will be pending until we have received your bank transfer, then the subscription will become active. Our bank account details will be shown on your order summary page but here they are for reference.
That’s it you are done for this year!
Subscription Renewals (September 2022)
Renewal orders will be created 2 months before September 1st each year and you will be able to renew your subs any time from then until September 1st for the coming year. the first renewal will be for September 2022.
You will see your renewal options from your account page 60 days before September 1st and you will be able to renew your orders from here.
You will also receive reminder emails for each of your subscription types after the renewal orders are created 59 days before September 1st, 30 days before September 1st, 14 days before September 1st, and if the subs are not paid 2 days before September 1st.
Paying Your Renewals (September 2022)
You will receive reminder emails for each membership type you have subscribed to. If you have more than one of a particular membership type then this will be noted as a quantity under a single subscription.
Either from the reminder emails or from your orders page you can click pay and place the order using Pay Pal.
You will need to place the order for each of your subscription renewals.
Please complete the web form for which will be emailed to the Membership Secretary. Your application will be considered by the General Committee which usually meets on a monthly basis, successful applicants will be contacted shortly after that meeting.
Annual subscriptions are due by September 1st each year
If you are already a member of Gateshead RFC then you DO NOT need to complete this application form to renew your subs online. Existing club members can go directly here to create an account.
