MEMBERSHIP BAR CARDS

We have had a number of enquiries about membership bar cards, so we wanted to update you.

Since January 2019 the club has managed to absorb three large price increases to enable our bar prices to remain static and everyone has benefited from lower than average bar prices through what has been a difficult time for everyone.

In order to reintroduce discounted bar cards we would need to increase bar prices considerably which is something we are keen to avoid and we would like any increase to be as little as practically possible.

We are also mindful of the Covid risk posed by handling cards between staff and members, so after careful consideration the Committee have decided not to reinstate the use of bar cards. This will be reviewed in six months.

You will no doubt ask what is my membership for? Please be rest assured your annual membership provides valuable cash flow into the club and forms an essential part of our RFU affiliation and licensing requirements to enable members to hire the clubs facilities for personal and family occasions.
