As expected, the Club has received a large number of enquiries about the arrangements for this event, from a variety of sources.

Being very conscious of potential overcrowding issues and with the best interests of all concerned, the difficult decision was made by General Committee, to make this a private event open only to Members and their immediate household. Also to restrict the total number of people in the Clubhouse.

There will be security staff on the gate accompanied by Members of the club who can support the entry of those who are Members. However the overall capacity means that being Member cannot guarantee entry.
